The staff were all nice and went over and beyond.

The price was really very reasonable considering the location and the fact that breakfast was included.

The rooms are clean and very spacious. The location is good, close to malls.

We were asked to wait almost 40 minutes during check-in, even though we arrived 45 minutes past our designated check-in time. We were told it would only take a few minutes for a quick room inspection, but it didn’t. We were already very tired when we arrived, and our kids were napping in the lobby. The breakfast price of Php 900 per person could be improved, as the options did not seem worth the cost. The fruits (especially the pineapple) were bland and not good.

The rooms are spacious, I'm very much surprised! The staff are great and very accommodating.

The Relish staff seemed to be overwhelmed during our stay. Probably tired from an event held there. The silverware that was laid out on our table was a used pair of spoon and fork, greasy and still with some food bits from a previous customer. That was weird and eeky.

I stayed for 30 days, and I’m giving them a 7 because there were times when they completely missed a request due to a wrong room number. I also encountered cockroaches, and they even rang my room despite the Do Not Disturb sign because they had the wrong room number.

Room smelt like sweat upon checkin. I also walked in prior to booking a month stay to inquire about their long-term offer. The girl took my info but never got back to me.

Location but rude staff.

The staff here are rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The Breakfast staff acts like every guest is a burden, and couldn't care less about basic courtesy. Their attitude is downright hostile, like they hate their jobs and want you to suffer for it. Stay anywhere else, you'll thank yourself later.

Parking

Proximity to commercial establishments, clean and excellent service from staff. My upgraded room was also very spacious.

The bath towels can be upgraded - seems like they’re worn out already. Perhaps they can also upgrade their TV to a smart one where guests can access Netflix. etc.

Location to TMC close, walking distance to mails.

Need to upgrade the tv to smart.

Room was spacious, breakfast was good and they are pet friendly (which is a plus for us). We had an incredible stay!

The Staff and the ambiance.

Our stay was nice, but their restaurant has a strict dress code. But when someone came in wearing flip-flops and shorts, they were allowed in. It's just unfair. I hope it will be fair to everyone. And it's breakfast, so expect that some guests haven't really showered yet because they want to eat first.

I like the location and the employee is very friendly.

The towel that I have in my room is kind of old and smelled.

Superb place and location. It is very near Robinson’s Galleria and SM Megamall and The Medical City Ortigas They allow food deliveries. With free parking. Good breakfast.

Restaurant is not available for now, except for breakfasts.

Very big rooms. Has its own kitchen even for a studio type room. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Staff were excellent! Bed was clean: room layout good: cabinets adequate; room spacious

Sewage bad. Sink sewage blocked; bath sewage slow to drain, dirty water accumulation reached my feet despite wearing rubber slippers half an inch thick. It felt eekie.

Very clean and the staffs were very nice.

Not a lot of channels to choose from when we’re watching television. Maybe add YouTube and Netflix and also some local channels.
